Much A Dieux, a comedy by Lloyd Schwartz, will have its world premiere Feb. 6 at the Whitmore-Lindley Theatre Center, directed by Pamela Hall. Playwright Schwartz, along with his father Sherwood Schwartz, produced and wrote both "The Brady Bunch" and "Gilligan's Island" through their long network runs, as well as the subsequent feature-film and movie of the week sequels. The run is through March 19.
Much A Dieux deals with husband-wife relationships in an unusual fashion. The first act has three seemingly unrelated scenes. In the second act, it all comes together "comedically, dramatically and unexpectedly."
The cast includes Bryan Clark, Jo Deodato Clark, Jason Galloway, Jessica Gaynes, Ron Kuhlman, Lissa Layng and Elizabeth Wells.
Whitmore-Lindley Theatre Center is located at 11000 Magnolia Blvd. in NoHo. For tickets and information call (818) 761-0704.
