Broadway characters will square off in Guys vs. Dolls: A Musical Survey of Sex and Sexism Nov. 16. Presented by Kaufman Music Center as part of its Broadway Up Close series, the evening is set to feature Michael Winther, Sally Wilfert, Jill Abramovitz, Adam Overett and Maria-Christina Oliveras.

"The battle of the sexes is on!" state press notes. "Explore the passion and perils of love and marriage as depicted by the great writers of Broadway, including Cole Porter, Frank Loesser, Irving Berlin, Lerner & Loewe, Yip Harburg, Burton Lane, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Rodgers & Hart, Stephen Sondheim, Jule Styne, Meredith Willson, William Finn, Maltby & Shire and Jerry Herman." Show time is 7:30 PM. The show will take place at Merkin Concert Hall at Kaufman Music Center. David Loud is the music director for the evening with direction and choreography by Dev Janki.
