Paul Zbyszewski ("After the Sunset") created the hour-long drama which will air Wednesdays at 9 PM (ET) — in the slot usually filled by "Lost," while the show is on hiatus. Executive producers are Matthew Gross, Jeffrey Bell and Rob Bowman. "Detective Brett Hopper (Diggs) is having a hellacious day," reads a show description, "the kind of day where nothing goes his way and he just can't wait to put it behind him... only he can't, because he's living the same day over and over again."

Joining Diggs in the cast are Moon Bloodgood (as his girlfriend Rita), Meta Golding (his sister Jennifer), Victoria Pratt (his partner Andrea), Ramon Rodriguez (gang leader Damien Ortiz) and Adam Baldwin (ex-partner and Internal Affairs agent Chad).

Diggs recently appeared Off-Broadway in A Soldier's Play, in the film "Rent" and on television in "Will & Grace." He has lent his dulcet tones to the hit movie musical "Chicago." The actor seen on stage in Carousel, The Wild Party and Chicago is perhaps best known for originating the role of Benjamin Coffin III in the musical Rent — where he met his future wife Idina Menzel. Diggs has appeared in the films "How Stella Got Her Groove Back," "Go" and "The Best Man" as well as television stints on "Ally McBeal," "Ed" and the title role in "Kevin Hill."
