Goodspeed Musicals' new fall production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying will feature Brian Sears as the window-washer who rises to the top of a corporation. Ronn Carroll will reprise his 1995 Broadway-revival role of company president J.B. Biggley.

Casting for the production was announced Aug. 18. Performances will play Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam, CT, Sept. 24-Nov. 28. Opening night is Oct. 20.

Greg Ganakas directs the satire of big business, corporate politics and conformity. Kelli Barclay is the choreographer.

Sears' Broadway credits include the recent Lend Me a Tenor, Finian's Rainbow and Grease. He was a game Barnaby Tucker in Paper Mill Playhouse's Hello, Dolly! In How to Succeed, he'll play the apparently guileless climber J. Pierrepont Finch. Carroll appeared in Broadway's The Rink, Steel Pier, Annie Get Your Gun and more.

The show — to have a separate Broadway revival in 2011 — has music and lyrics by Frank Loesser and book by Abe Burrows, Jack Weinstock and Willie Gilbert, based on Sheperd Mead's 1952 book of the same name.

The Goodspeed cast will also feature Natalie Bradshaw (Broadway's Hair) as Rosemary Pilkington; Nicolette Hart (Legally Blonde, The Wedding Singer) as Hedy LaRue; Erin McGuire as Smitty; Jennifer Smith (The Drowsy Chaperone) as Miss Jones; Tom Deckman (Spamalot, Good Vibrations) as Bud Frump; Richard Vida (The Best Little Whorehouse Goes Public, Les Miserables) as Mr. Twimble/Wally Womper; Aaron Serotsky (August: Osage County) as Bratt; plus James Beaman, Jerry Christakos, Lianne Marie Dobbs, Sara Marie Hicks, Matthew Kilgore, Natalie Newman, Brian Ogilvie, Kristin Piro, John Scacchetti, Drew Taylor and Micki Weiner. The creative team includes scenic designer Adrian W. Jones, costume designer Gregory Gale, lighting designer Paul Miller, music director Michael O'Flaherty, assistant music director William J.
