News Cast of Off-Broadway's ReWrite to Toast New Year with Late-Night Concert Dec. 31 Composer Joe Iconis will offer a New Year's Eve double-bill of his musical triptych ReWrite and a late-night concert at Urban Stages in Manhattan.

At 9 PM Iconis' musical ReWrite – composed of the three mini-musicals Nelson Rocks!, Miss Marzipan and The Process – will kick off the evening. The ongoing run at Urban Stages is directed by John Simpkins. The cast, including Nick Blaemire (Cry-Baby), Badia Farha (Sister Act the Musical), Nightlife Award winner Lorinda Lisitza, Lauren Marcus (The Plant That Ate Dirty Socks), AJ Shively (national tour of The Sound of Music) and Jason "Sweettooth" Williams (Crossing Brooklyn), appear in the musical that runs through Jan. 11, 2009.

The cast of ReWrite will then join Iconis for a concert of his original songs following the performance. Theatregoers can expect selections from The Black Suits and the theatrical rock concert Things to Ruin.
