The cast will feature Justis Bolding, Jen Sese, Scott Ross, Julia Cook, Lindsie Van Winkle, Katie Sina, Amber Ward, Meg Cavenaugh, Katy Vaughn and Laura Walling.
The musical features an original story by David Fiorello, who also provided the arrangements and conceived the piece. The production, according to press notes, is "a beautiful tale of love, music, choices and consequence, all punctuated by the ever-plaguing duality of the choice; The commitment to creating art, or the commitment to creating love."
Thom Brown, III directs.
The Indigo Girls have sold more than seven million albums worldwide, including their most recent, "Poseidon and the Bitter Bug." Some of their major songs include "Galileo," "Closer to Fine," "Least Complicated" and "Ghost."
Fiorello currently serves as music director for Off-Broadway's Danny and Sylvia: The Danny Kaye Musical. Industry folk interested in attending the 8 PM reading should send an e-mail to [email protected].
