The Shakespeare Society presents the evening of song featuring music that has been set to Shakespeare's words. The music of Stephen Sondheim, Duke Ellington, Thomas Arne and Vaughan Williams will be performed by Cerveris (Assassins, Sweeney Todd, Road Show), de Haas (Marie Christine) and Woods (Follies). Presiding over the evening will be former U.S. Poet Laureate Robert Pinsky, who will guide the audience through the selected works.
