Mint artistic director Jonathan Bank will direct the 8:30 PM presentation of the play, which hasn't been staged in over 50 years, according to the Mint. In addition to the performance, benefit packages also include a pre-performance reception, dinner and light dessert.

The Mint has dedicated part of its season to exploring the work of late Irish playwright Deevy. The Off-Broadway company previously staged Wife to James Whelan in 2010. In July it will offer the American premiere of her 1932 drama Temporal Powers.

The reading cast will include Charles Keating ("Brideshead Revisited," "Another World"), Shawn Fagan (Wife to James Whelan), Ellen Adair (What the Public Wants), Brian Keane (Happy Now) and Letitia Lange (Power of Darkness).

The unpublished play, which explores "great love endangered by carelessness," will be presented using a typescript obtained from the Deevy family home in Ireland last spring by Bank.

For tickets, beginning at $250, phone (212) 315-0231 or visit MintTheater. The Players Club is located at 16 Gramercy Park South.
