Tom Wopat, who is currently playing Billy Flynn in the Tony-winning revival of Kander and Ebb's Chicago, returns to the Metropolitan Room Aug. 22-23.

Wopat will offer his acclaimed cabaret program at 10:30 PM both nights.

Tom Wopat received Tony nominations for his performances in A Catered Affair and in the Broadway revival of Annie Get Your Gun (opposite Bernadette Peters). He has also appeared on Broadway in I Love My Wife, City of Angels, Guys and Dolls, Chicago, 42nd Street and Glengarry Glen Ross. Perhaps best known for his seven-season run on "The Dukes of Hazzard," Wopat has released several albums with CBS and Capitol Records. His latest disc is entitled "Dissertation on the State of Bliss."
