The star of West Side Story, Bye Bye Birdie, Chicago, The Rink, Kiss of the Spider Woman and more will be accompanied by her longtime musical trio, led by musical director Michael Croiter.
Expect Rivera to perform selections from her most celebrated musicals, including numbers from West Side Story ("America"), the film of Sweet Charity ("Where Am I Going?" and "Big Spender"), Chicago ("All That Jazz" and "Nowadays") and more. The songwriters represented include Dorothy Fields, Cy Coleman, Leonard Bernstein, John Kander & Fred Ebb, Charles Strouse & Lee Adams, Stephen Sondheim and others.
Performances are Sept. 23 at 8 PM; Sept. 24 at 2 PM and 8 PM; and Sept. 25 at 3 PM. Tickets start at $50 and are available by calling the BRT Box Office at (215) 785-0100 or visiting brtstage.org.

Bristol Riverside Theatre opens its 25th Anniversary mainstage season with Barrymore by William Luce on Oct. 11-30 about matinee idol John Barrymore. Directed by Jon Marans, the play stars BRT's artistic director Keith Baker in the title role with William Selby as the prompter. Previews begin Oct. 11 with opening night on Oct. 13. Performances run Tuesday through Sunday until Oct. 30.
