News Chitty's Hilsabeck to Star in Incomplete Reading A staged reading of the new play Incomplete will be held May 20 at the Matthew Corzine Studio Theater.

The by-invitation-only reading will feature the talents of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Rick Hilsabeck as well as Corey Skaggs (London's Anything Goes) and Michael Kohn. Adam Karsten will direct the 7:30 PM performance. Incomplete was penned by Corey Richmond Skaggs. The two-man play, according to press notes, "takes place in a small office containing a live bomb. The bomb-squad is sent in, and through a series of events we learn of the inner demons afflicting the two lead characters. The play was written to parallel the underlined themes of fear that reside in our society today."

Rick Hilsabeck was a swing in the Broadway company of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. He played the title role in the national tour of The Phantom of the Opera and has also appeared in productions of Parade, Bounce, Ragtime, Swing!, Victor/Victoria, The Dinner Party, Sweet Charity, Crazy for You and Putting It Together.

The Matthew Corzine Studio Theater is located in Manhattan at 300 West 43rd Street at Eighth Avenue, Suite 502. Interested parties should e-mail [email protected] or call (646) 241-4317.
