Broadway News Come From Away Will Offer Special Performance to Benefit Actors Fund The Tony-winning musical plays the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre.

Come From Away, which tells the story of airline travelers who are forever bonded after being stranded in Gander, Newfoundland, on 9/11, will offer a special performance to benefit the Actors Fund July 9 at 7:30 PM at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre.

For these special performances, which are open to the public, Broadway companies donate their time to benefit the Actors Fund, a national human services organization that helps all professionals in performing arts and entertainment. The Fund is a safety net, providing programs and services for those who are in need, crisis, or transition.

Come From Away was nominated for seven 2017 Tony Awards, winning the Best Direction of a Musical Tony for Christopher Ashley.

The Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre is located at 236 W. 45th St.
