News Conroy, Lin, Rashovich and Sesma Will Join Busch and Halston in Bay Street's Shanghai Moon Additional casting has been announced for the Bay Street Theatre production of Shanghai Moon starring Tony nominee Charles Busch and Julie Halston.

Joining the comedic duo will be Jarlath Conroy (The Weir), Jodi Lin (Queens Boulevard, the Musical), Gordana Rashovich (Old Acquaintance) and Thom Sesma (The Times They Are a Changin').

Die Mommie Die! director Carl Andreas stages the Bay Street Theatre production that will run June 3-29. Bay Street previously staged Busch's The Lady in Question under the direction of Christopher Ashley with Halston and Busch heading the cast.

Shanghai Moon follows the American-born wife of an aged British diplomat who travels to Shanghai with her husband. She begins a fatal love affair with the mysterious General Gong Fei.

Busch's play is based on such movie and stage melodramas as "The Bitter Tea of General Yen," "The Letter," The Green Hat, "The Cheat" and "Shanghai Express." Shanghai Moon premiered Off-Broadway in 1999 at Theater for the New City.

The design team for Shanghai Moon includes B.T. Whitehill (set design), Dona Granata (costume design), Katherine M. Carr (wig design), Philip Rosenberg (lighting design) and Jill B.C.
