News   Constantine Rousouli and Lindsay Pearce Star in Musical Parody of "Cruel Intentions," With Tunes by The Cardigans

Constantine Rousouli, who was seen on Broadway in Ghost, and "Glee" actress Lindsay Pearce star in Cruel Intentions: The Completely Unauthorized Musical Parody. Performances continue through April 25 in Los Angeles.

Katie Stevens ("Faking It") and Pearce ("Glee") alternate the role of Kathryn Merteuil, with Rousouli (Ghost) as Sebastian Valmont, Shelley Regner ("Pitch Perfect") as Cecile Caldwell, Molly McCook ("Glory Daze") as Annette Hargrove and Tyler Scheef ("Victorious") as Blaine Tuttle, among others.

Directed by Lindsey Rosin, Cruel Intentions was developed by Rosin and Jordan Ross and based on the film by Roger Kumble.

According to press notes, "This cult classic tale of seduction and revenge follows despicable step — siblings Sebastian and Kathryn in their attempt to destroy their classmates. Featuring music from Placebo, Aimee Mann, The Cardigans, The Verve, and more, you'll laugh, you'll cry, and when the stakes are this high, you might even fall in love. And, sometimes, that's the cruelest thing of all."

The musical is produced by Jordan Ross, Lindsey Rosin and Stephanie Lazard with executive producer Kate Pazakis.

The Rockwell Table & Stage is located at 1714 N. Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles, CA. For more information and tickets, visit Rockwell-LA.inticketing.com.
