News Danny Bolero, Tony Chiroldes, Orville Mendoza, Doreen Montalvo Set for Free Reading of Revenge With Music UnsungMusicalsCo. will continue its 2014 developmental reading series with a special presentation of Revenge With Music Dec. 5 at 2:30 PM at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center's Bruno Walter Auditorium.

The 1934 musical comedy by Howard Dietz and Arthur Schwartz will be directed by Ben West.

The Spanish farce will feature the talents of Robert Ariza, Danny Bolero, Tony Chiroldes, Orville Mendoza, Doreen Montalvo, Gerianne Perez, Joel Perez, Jennifer Sanchez and Saundra Santiago.

The score has been newly arranged by musical director Zak Sandler.

"A deliriously mad tale of love and seduction," Revenge With Music, according to press notes, "is an outrageous Spanish farce following an interminably frisky Governor, the dangerous, alluring young beauty who catches his eye, and the fiery, high-strung fiancé who will stop at nothing to defend his fair maiden. Unrelenting passion, ill-timed advances, and one jilted Governess color the countryside of this madcap romp set in 19th Century Spain!"
