News   Darius Campbell to Join America Ferrera in West End Return of Chicago
Darius Campbell, formerly Darius Danesh, will return to the cast of the London production of Chicago, in which he was previously seen in 2006, to star again as Billy Flynn when it resumes performances at the West End's Garrick Theater Nov. 7.

He will join the previously reported America Ferrera, making her British stage debut as Roxie Hart, in a company that also features Amra-Faye Wright as Velma Kelly, James Doherty as Amos Hart, Jasna Ivir as Mama Morton and R. Whitehead as Mary Sunshine. Campbell has also appeared in the West End as Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls and as Rhett Butler in Gone with the Wind. On TV, he has starred in BBC1's "Hotel Babylon," and last year he won ITV1's "Popstar to Operstar" competition, after which he made his operatic debut in Carmen at the 02 Arena. He has also toured the UK with his History of the Big Bands show, and was a guest star at the Beatles 50th Anniversary Concert at the Royal Albert Hall alongside Shirley Bassey, Tony Christie and Beverley Knight.
