Lovato would join the series for a multi-episode arc as Dani, a New York City-based struggling artist friend of Rachel (Lea Michele) and Santana's (Naya Rivera). She will also interact with the new character played by "American Idol" runner-up and Wicked actor Adam Lambert.
Lovato, who recently released her fourth album "Demi," rose to fame in the Disney television musical "Camp Rock." The singer is also a Disney Channel favorite and starred on the comedy series "Sonny with a Chance."
