McKechnie, who earned her Tony for A Chorus Line and appeared in the original production of Sondheim's Company and the acclaimed Paper Mill Playhouse revival of Follies, will be part of the 7 PM concert that also features Steve Elmore, who created the role of Paul in Company; Bruce Sabath, from the Company revival; and Stephen Wallem, Lina Koutrakos, Lisa Asher, Sarah Rice, Michael Cone, Jason Sweet Tooth Williams, Kevin Dozier, Joe Iconis, Stearns Matthews, Jana Robbins, Lorinda Lisitza, John Treacy Egan and Harris Doran.

Phil Geoffrey Bond hosts the evening with musical direction by Mark Hartman.

Sondheim Unplugged features an array of cabaret and theatre performers, as well as special guest stars who originated roles in Sondheim musicals. The performers are solely accompanied by piano.

Regular performers for Sondheim Unplugged have included Carey Anderson, Lisa Asher, Christina Bianco, David Brian Colbert, Harris Doran, Natalie Douglas, Michelle Dowdy, Barbara Fasano, Terese Genecco, Eric Michael Gillett, Larry Hamilton, Joe Iconis, David Gurland, Hunter Ryan Herdlicka, Trent Armand Kendall, Audrey Lavine, Lorinda Lisitza, Karen Mack, Rob Maitner, Cindy Marchionda, Liz McCartney, Susie Mosher, Mark Nadler, Karen Oberlin, Miles Phillips, Shaynee Rainbolt, Leenya Rideout, Jana Robbins, Becca Johnson Southworth, Trevor Southworth, Elizabeth Stanley, Katie Thompson, Will Trice, Jonathan Whitton and Lennie Watts.
