Replacing Osmond: David Burnham Photo by Photo by Michael Cooper

After five years in his multi-coloured coat, Donny Osmond is hanging it up for the last time on May 25. However, Livent just extended the show's Toronto run until August 3. Osmond will be replaced in the title role by David Barnhum, a U.S. actor who was in the Canadian and U.S. tour of Jesus Christ Superstar. Barnhum, 25, will give his first performance as Joseph May 28.

Is there a life for Joseph after it's run concludes at the Elgin Theatre in Toronto? Livent says 'yes', but no details are available at the moment.
