News Edward Hibbert Makes NYC Cabaret Debut Feb. 11 at 54 Below in Can't Something Be Done? Broadway actor Edward Hibbert, also known for his role as Gil Chesterton on TV's "Frasier," makes his New York cabaret debut Feb. 11 at 7 PM at the Manhattan nightspot 54 Below.

Entitled Can't Something Be Done?: An Evening with Edward Hibbert, an encore performance is scheduled for Feb. 18 at 7 PM. Doors open at 5:30 PM.

In Can't Something Be Done?, Hibbert, according to press notes, "presents an evening of irreverent stories and songs by Cole Porter, Noël Coward, and also contemporary songwriters. Enjoy stories of Edward's travels from England to the Great White Way…and beyond."

The evenings feature musical direction by Sam Davis and direction by Mark Waldrop.

Hibbert's numerous stage credits include The Drowsy Chaperone, Curtains, Jeffrey and the upcoming It Shoulda Been You.
