A pre-show reception will begin at 6 PM, with dinner and the awards program scheduled for 7:30 PM.
Bravo host Andy Cohen will receive the Point Courage Award, Johnson & Johnson will receive the Point Inspiration Award, and Col. Margarethe "Grethe" Cammermeyer will receive the Point Legend Award.
Broadway's Kerry Butler (Catch Me If You Can, Hairspray) and Montego Glover (Memphis) will perform, as will Matchbox Twenty's Rob Thomas.
Special guests are set to include Ellen Barkin (The Normal Heart), Mark Consuelos, John Benjamin Hickey (The Normal Heart, "The Big C"), Iman ("The Fashion Show"), Judith Light (Lombardi), Isaac Mizrahi ("The Fashion Show"), MSNBC's Thomas Roberts, Sirius/XM "On Broadway" host and Playbill.com columnist Seth Rudetsky and Marsha Thomason ("White Collar").
The evening will be hosted by "Good Morning America" co-anchor Sam Champion and "Live with Regis and Kelly" co-host Kelly Ripa.
