News Evan, Kennedy and Shindle Star in Jekyll & Hyde in Concert June 25-27 A concert version of Frank Wildhorn's Jekyll & Hyde will be presented June 25-27 at the Lenape Regional Performing Arts Center in Marlton, NJ.

Heading the cast of the concerts will be Robert Evan in the title roles with Kate Shindle as Lucy and Lauren Kennedy as Emma. Evan followed Robert Cuccioli into the Broadway production of Jekyll & Hyde, which features such tunes as "This Is the Moment," "Someone Like You" and "In His Eyes." The concerts are set for June 25 and 26 at 8 PM and June 27 at 2 PM.

The summer series at the New Jersey theatre will also include productions of Miss Saigon and Noises Off as well as concerts with original Jekyll & Hyde co-star Linda Eder (Sept. 4) and Miss Saigon Tony winner Lea Salonga (July 16) plus an evening with Martin Short (Sept. 11 and 12).

Robert Evan, who stoodby for the characters Krolock and Abronsius in the Broadway musical Dance of the Vampires, has also appeared on Broadway in Jekyll & Hyde and Les Misérables as well as Off Broadway's The Prince and the Pauper.

Lauren Kennedy covered the role of Daisy Hilton in the Broadway production of Side Show and also appeared in the New York companies of Sunset Boulevard and Les Misérables. She starred in The Rhythm Club and was also a part of the early incarnations of Jason Robert Brown's The Last Five Years, playing the role that would be played Off-Broadway by Sherie Rene Scott, when Kennedy crossed the Atlantic to star in the National Theatre's revival of South Pacific.

Kate Shindle earned the title of Miss America in 1998. She portrayed Sally Bowles in the Roundabout revival of Cabaret and also appeared on Broadway as Lucy in Jekyll & Hyde.
