Tony and Olivier Award winner Rob Ashford (Evita, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Anna Christie) will direct and choreograph the musical that runs Sept. 21-Oct. 18. It has a book by Knee, based on his play of the same title, with music by Frankel and lyrics by Korie.

Finding Neverland received a December 2011 London workshop with Ashford at the helm. The cast included Julian Ovenden (Death Takes a Holiday) as Barrie and Tony nominee Jenna Russell (Sunday in the Park With George) as Sylvia Llewelyn Davies.

Casting for the Curve premiere has not been announced.

Academy and Tony Award winner Harvey Weinstein is producing the U.K. premiere.

Here's how the musical is characterized: "With his last play a failure, James Barrie is crippled by writer's block and success seems like a far-away land. But then a chance encounter with widow Sylvia Liewellyn Davies and her four young sons sends his heart and imagination soaring, and their friendship gives birth to a magical tale that will live forever."
