News Gavin Creel to Lead Broadway Impact Concert Nov. 2 Tony Award nominee Gavin Creel will join Shayna Steele for a special Broadway Impact fundraiser Nov. 2 at Bar-Tini Lounge in midtown Manhattan.

Creel, who starred in Broadway's Hair and Thoroughly Modern Millie, co-founded Broadway Impact, which supports the endeavors of marriage equality for the LGBT community.

The 11 PM evening will feature Creele and Steele (Hairspray), as well as Broadway Impact co-founder Rory O’Malley (Spelling Bee), Joseph Leo Bwarie (Jersey Boys), Sarah Darling (Jersey Boys), Raymond J. Lee (Mamma Mia), Anne Fraser Thomas (Grinch), Eric Michael Krop and Rich Martino.

The evening will raise funds for the Broadway Impact team, which has 12 runners participating in the ING NYC Marathon Nov. 7. Participating runners include Shayna Steele, Rory O’Malley, Sarah Darling, Randy Meyer, Sean Martin, Rich Martino, Meg Friedman, Corey Johnson, Mason Meyer, Nicole Quenqua, Joelle Myszka and Derek Care.

Admission is free, but donations will be collected for Broadway Impact. Raffle prizes, including tickets to Broadway shows and merchandise, will also be offered.
