2011 Tony Award nominee Rory O'Malley, who currently stars in The Book of Mormon, is also a co-founder of Broadway Impact,  which celebrates and educates others on equality. Here, O'Malley reaches out for support and shares his thoughts on marriage equality from his dressing room backstage at the Eugene O'Neill.

O'Malley recently signed up to be a Givenik Ambassador along with Joel Grey, co-director of The Normal Heart and star of Anything Goes; and Reeve Carney, leading man of Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark. The three Broadway stars speak out in short video blogs and discuss the causes and charities they support.

While backstage at The Book of Mormon, O'Malley talks about how Broadway Impact was created, with the help of Jenny Kanelos and Gavin Creel, and what has been done to raise awareness for equality. He also shares how supporting Givenik will, in turn, support Broadway Impact and equal rights. For more information and to become a Givenik, visit their site, become a fan on Facebook, or follow them on Twitter.
