PlayBlog "Glee" Star Matthew Morrison Visits "Ellen" Tony nominee and “Glee” star Matthew Morrison visited “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” April 13 to chat and promote his TV show on the day "Glee" returned with all-new spring episodes.


Morrison has a particularly fun time busting moves in the show’s traditional guest dance-entrance and reveals he has a break-dance past from his younger days in California. Morrison also discusses his two recent meetings with President Obama and the show’s schedule and its effect on his social life. Ellen also unveils a revealing photo of the former Hairspray hunk from a benefit performance of “Broadway Bares” a few years ago.

Morrison’s stage credits include South Pacific, 10 Million Miles, The Light in the Piazza (Tony nomination), Hairspray and Footloose. He received a Golden Globe nomination for his work on “Glee” as teacher and show choir director Will Schuester.
