News Glenn Close Will Sing Andrew Lloyd Webber at Hollywood Bowl Glenn Close, who will return to Broadway later this season in a revival of Edward Albee's A Delicate Balance, will be part of Joshua Bell And Friends July 8 at The Hollywood Bowl.

Close, who originated the role of Norma Desmond in the Broadway production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Sunset Boulevard, will sing that musical's "As If We Never Said Goodbye" at the 8 PM concert.

The evening at the famed outdoor venue will also feature the Los Angeles Philharmonic conducted by Bramwell Tovey and violinist Bell as well as special guests Frankie Moreno, Philippe Quint and Time for Three.

"Superstar violinist Joshua Bell displays his virtuosity and collaborative skills in concerto, chamber music and more, with help from some of his favorite friends," according to the Bowl.
