Tony Award-winning director Gerald Gutierrez is helming the Goodspeed Opera House revival of Man of La Mancha, April 7-July 1, in East Haddam, CT.

Shawn Elliott (Marie Christine) will be Cervantes/Don Quixote in the 1965 Joe Darion-Mitch Leigh-Dale Wasserman musical that gave the world "The Impossible Dream." Official opening is April 28.

The cast also includes Brent Black as Dr. Carrasco, Michelle Carr as Antonia, Michael Cone as The Barber, Joseph Dellger as The Padre, Don Mayo as The Innkeeper, Kristin Zbornik (Forbidden Broadway Cleans Up Its Act, original cast) as The Housekeeper.
