News Hair, Rock of Ages, Billy Elliot and More to Play Seattle in 2010-2011 The Seattle Theatre Group will present the national tours of Hair, Rock of Ages and Billy Elliot, as well as a performance by Passing Strange Tony Award winner Stew.

The five-show Broadway series at the Paramount Theatre will launch with the dance extravaganza Burn the Floor Sept. 14-10. The national tour of the Tony-winning revival of Hair will let the sun shine in Nov. 28-Dec. 4.

The Tony-nominated '80s musical Rock of Ages will run Feb. 8-13, 2011; followed by the Tony-winning Best Musical Billy Elliot March 17-April 3, 2011. Closing out the season at the Paramount will be the Disney stage musical adaptation of Mary Poppins May 12-29, 2011.

Additional offerings on the bill include Stew and his band The Negro Problem (including Passing Strange collaborator Heidi Rodewald) will play the Triple Door Nov. 5-6; Stomp at the Paramount Nov. 9-14; and Penn & Teller at the Paramount Dec. 10-12.

The previously announced tour of the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Next to Normal will play the 5th Avenue Theatre Feb. 22-27, 2011; and Riverdance will play the Paramount June 3-5, 2011.
