News Hartford's TheaterWorks Brings Little Dog, Blackbird, Rabbit Hole to CT TheaterWorks has announced its 2007-2008 season line-up, which will feature recent New York City hits like John Patrick Shanley's Doubt, Douglas Carter Beane's The Little Dog Laughed, David Harrower's Blackbird and David Lindsay-Abaire's Rabbit Hole.

The Hartford, CT, company's 22nd season will also include Elyzabeth Gregory Wilder's Gee's Bend. The New England premiere of the work based on a true story centers on the titular Alabama town where a woman and her family "sing spirituals and sew scraps of old clothing into stunning quilts.  Stitched into every quilt are the family's triumphs, struggles and pride."

The 2007-2008 season (subject to change) follows:

    Directed by Steve Campo, (Nov. 9-Dec. 23)
  • The Little Dog Laughed by Douglas Carter Beane
    Directed by Rob Ruggiero, (Jan. 25-March 16, 2008)
