When Roundabout's Cabaret hits the road, Teri Hatcher of television's "Lois and Clark" fame, will be playing the role of Fraulein Sally Bowles. The multi-year tour, which will begin at L.A.'s Wilshire Theatre on Feb. 23, 1999, will also play dates in Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C., Minneapolis and Toronto and San Francisco.

After briefly studying at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theatre (A.C.T.), Hatcher has appeared in numerous films including: "The Big Picture," "Soapdish," "Straight Talk," "Heaven's Prisoners," "2 Days in the Valley," and a recent turn as the latest James Bond girl in "Tomorrow Never Dies."

The Sam Mendes revival of the Kander and Ebb tuner opened on Broadway, March 19, 1998 at the Kit Kat Klub. The Roundabout revival originally starred Alan Cumming as the Emcee, Mary Louise Wilson as Fraulein Schneider and Natasha Richardson as Sally Bowles. Cumming returns from a hiatus on Dec. 1, joining the present cast of Jennifer Jason Leigh as Sally Bowles, Ron Rifkin as Herr Schultz, Blair Brown as Fraulein Schneider, John Benjamin Hickey as Cliff, Denis O'Hare as Ernst and Michele Pawk as Fraulein Kost.
