The many fans of Jane Krakowski, who played Elaine Vassal in the hit TV series "Ally McBeal," will be delighted to hear that producer Edward Snape has agreed to stage David Lindsay-Abaire's play Fuddy Meers (which was originally planned for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival) at London's Arts Theatre in Oct. It is believed that the show will open in late Oct., though this and other details are yet to be confirmed by the Snape office. Krakowski will, however, star in the play, about a woman in search of her lost memory, and will thus be the latest in a line of American stars making their London stage debuts this year.
