Director-producer Richard Jay-Alexander is Debra Barsha and Mary Cleere Haran's special guest for the Manhattan outing, which is being held at the Cornelia Street Cafe. Show time is 8:30 PM. The evening, according to press notes, features "song and witty repartee . . . and one very special guest interview."

Debra Barsha is the composer of Radiant Baby, which was seen at the Public Theater. Mary Cleere Haran has been dubbed "cabaret's most literature chanteuse." Richard Jay-Alexander was formerly a Broadway actor, singer and dancer, who has since directed the critically acclaimed concerts of Barbra Streisand, Bette Midler, Bernadette Peters, Betty Buckley and Cleere Haran. He was the executive director of Cameron Mackintosh's American company for a decade and was the associate director and executive producer of the original Broadway, touring and Canadian companies of Les Misérables. One of his many current jobs is executive director of Playbill Records; he will also direct the all-star Les Miserables in Concert this summer at the Hollywood Bowl.
