Johnston (The Women, "3rd Rock from the Sun"), who starred in the Mint benefit reading of God! at the Lortel earlier this month, will reprise her work in the full Off-Broadway production that will begin performances Nov. 18 under the direction of Martin Platt. In So Help Me God!, Johnston portrays "Lily, a fabulous dramatic diva who must fend off a challenge from her ambitious but naïve understudy." Additional casting will be announced shortly.

The Mint has also announced that the season will begin with a revival of Lennox Robinson's comedy, Is Life Worth Living? starring Jordan Baker and Kevin Kilner. The production runs Aug. 19-Oct. 11. An official opening has been set for Sept. 14 at the Mint's Off-Broadway home in midtown.

Mint artistic director Jonathan Bank will direct a cast that also features Leah Curney, Bairbre Dowling, Brian Keane, John Keating, Laurie Kennedy, Jeremy Lawrence, Erin Moon, Grant Neale, Paul O'Brien and Graham Outerbridge.

According to the Mint, Is Life Worth Living? centers on "a pair of married actors heading up a troupe of traveling players in Ireland who bring their high-toned repertory of Russian and Scandinavian drama to the seaside resort town of Inish."

The engagement will have scenic design by Susan Zeeman Rogers, costume design by Martha Hally, lighting design by Jeff Nellis and sound design by Jane Shaw.
