News   Justin Sayre Is Alive and Well... Writing Will Play Ars Nova; John Hill and Cole Escola to Appear

John Hill and Cole Escola will be part of Justin Sayre Is Alive and Well... Writing, an evening of short plays, April 20-21 at the Ars Nova.

Ben Rimalower (Joy, Leslie Kritzer is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches) directs the two-performance engagement. Comedian and writer Sayre is also the creator of the monthy variety show The Meeting*.

The 8 PM performances promise "a selection of vignettes for five actors. This show extends Sayre's distinctively off-kilter perspective and trademark wit across a wide array of contexts from perverse to profound and back again."

Justin Sayre Is Alive and Well... Writing has set design by Chris Minard, costume design by Ryan Moller and sound design by Andrew Puccio.

Tickets, priced $10, are available at www.arsnovanyc.com or by phoning (212) 352-3101. Ars Nova is located at 511 West 54 Street.
