The five-character comedy takes a look at two writers, their wives and a single girl, and asks, "what we really mean when we declare our love." It had its premiere production in Florida in fall 2005 and was nominated for a Carbonell Award as Best New Work. Wiltse is playwright-in-residence at Westport Country Playhouse. His most famous play is probably Doubles, which played Broadway in 1985. In recent years, the WCP has produced several of his works.
Kalember is known for her two television series, "thirtysomething" and "Sisters," as well as her frequent appearances Off-Broadway. She is joined in the cast by Deirdre Madigan, Douglas Rees, Douglas Stender and Suli Holum.
Tracy Brigden, the artistic director at City Theatre in Pittsburgh, directs.
