The evening will feature performances from Tony Award winner John Benjamin Hickey (The Normal Heart, "The C Word"), Tony Award nominee Michael Friedman (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, upcoming Shakespeare in the Park musical adaptation of Love's Labour's Lost), Tony Award nominee Bobby Steggert (Ragtime, Big Fish), Tracee Chimo (Bad Jews, Circle Mirror Transformation), Brandon Dirden (The Piano Lesson) and more.
The benefit will also honor longtime Page 73 supporters Carson and Joseph Gleberman.
The evening will include dinner, cocktails, song performances and the annual New Play Bake Off, which will feature the on-the-spot creations of Page 73 playwrights Meghan Deans, Michael Mitnick and Max Posner, who incorporate suggestions (or ingredients) given by the audience to write page 73 of a new play during the cocktail hour. The submissions will be read during dinner by performers directed by Davis McCallum (Elliot, a Soldier's Fugue, The Whale and Water by the Spoonful).
