News   Kerry Butler and Kathy Brier to Perform at ABC's "Soap Jam" Former Hairspray stars Kerry Butler and Kathy Brier, who can currently be seen on the daytime serial "One Life to Live," will lend their voices to ABC Daytime's first-ever "Soap Jam" concert.

The March 20 performance will be held at Rock Candy and will also feature the talents of Jacob Young, Bobbie Eakes, Cady McClain, Matt Metzger, Ignacio Serricchio and Scott Clifton. Bob Guiney and the Bob Guiney Band are also scheduled to appear. Show time is 8 PM.

Kerry Butler was most recently on Broadway as Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. She portrayed Penny Pingleton in the original Broadway cast of Hairspray, and her other Broadway credits include Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Eponine in Les Misérables and Ms. Jones in Blood Brothers. Off-Broadway she was seen in Bat Boy The Musical, The "I" Word, Prodigal and The Folsom Head. She was also part of the cast of the new musical The Opposite of Sex, which premiered in San Francisco.

Emmy-nominated Kathy Brier currently plays Marci Walsh on TV's "One Life to Live." Her New York stage credits include Hairspray, Bat Boy and The Prince and the Pauper.

Rock Candy is located in Manhattan at 35 East 21st Street. Advanced tickets, priced $55-$160, can be purchased on-line until March 16 at noon. Tickets, priced at $75, will also be available at the door beginning at 7 PM. Click here for ticket information.
