Donnelly discusses his journey with the international hit musical in the video below.
Olivier Award nominee Killian Donnelly, who joined the London company of Les Misérables in 2008 as a swing and returned to the production in 2017 as Jean Valjean, will play Valjean in the upcoming U.K. and Ireland tour of the international hit musical.
In the video above, Donnelly, whose West End credits also include Kinky Boots (which also marked his Broadway debut), Memphis, Billy Elliot, and The Phantom of the Opera, discusses his decade-long journey with Les Misérables.
Donnelly says, “I'm so excited to see cities in the U.K. that I've never been to and take a cast to Dublin and show them Dublin and take this show home to Dublin really and for people to see it. I am so, so excited to just bring it home, as they say.”
The upcoming tour will launch November 3 at the Curve in Leicester. Click here for current tour dates.
