News King Kong Room Features K.T. Sullivan and Jessica Molaskey on Sept. 29 The King Kong Room at New York's The Supper Club will offer a bevy of Broadway favorites on Sept. 29.

K.T. Sulliavn, who headed the cast of the Broadway revival of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, will debut her newest cabaret show at 7 PM. The MAC Award-winning singer-actress has titled her latest outing "Illusions: Songs of Weimar Berlin." The evening will feature Jed Distler on piano with special guest, singer Barbara Brussell. There is a $25 cover and a $15 food-drink minimum. At 8:30 PM, A Doll's Life composer Larry Grossman will entertain with songs and stories. Recent A Man of No Importance star Jessica Molaskey will join Grossman as they offer tunes from Minnie's Boys, Goodtime Charley, "Pocahontas II" and more. There is a $20 cover and a $15 food-drink minimum.

"Jim Caruso's Cast Party" gets underway at 10 PM. The weekly Monday night soiree features a host of Broadway and cabaret folk who drop by to meet, mingle and entertain. "I'd been looking for the perfect place to do something like this; just to schoomze, laugh, drink and have all these incredibly talented people that I know get up and do what they do—entertain!," Caruso recently told Playbill.
