The 7 PM gala, which celebrates the past five years of the annual festival, is hosted by Michael Berresse (A Chorus Line, [title of show]), Autumn Hurlbert (Legally Blonde) and Nicholas Galbraith (I & Albert). "Best of the Fest" promises performances by Tony winner Debbie Gravitte (Jerome Robbins' Broadway), Tony nominees Euan Morton (Taboo) and Liz Larson (Hairspray) as well as Kate Reinders (Wicked, Gypsy), Annaleigh Ashford (Wicked), Kate Shindle (Legally Blonde), Jenn Colella (Urban Cowboy), Nellie McKay (Threepenny Opera), Mary Bond Davis (Hairspray), Diane Davis (Old Acquaintance), Tom Deckman (Spamalot), Rachel Stern (High Fidelity), Jon Patrick Walker (Young Frankenstein), Ivan Hernandez (The Most Happy Fella), Ryan Bogner (Bedbugs!!!) and Celina Carvajal (Rooms, Tarzan).

Also announced to perform are cast members from Rooms, including Leslie Kritzer and Doug Kreeger, as well as the casts of Altar Boyz and [title of show].

The sixth annual New York Musical Theatre Festival will run Sept. 28-Oct. 18. The festival has presented new works from Argentina, Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Korea and across the United States that have gone on to enjoy regional, Off-Broadway and Broadway success.
