News   L.A. Connection's New Sketch Show Opens, May 19 Sketch This!, L.A. Connection's new comedy show, will premiere May 19 at the company's Sherman Oaks location. The show will offer seven musical segments, three movie-dubbing clips and 26 scripted sketches dealing with a variety of topics: romance, magic, TV, virtual reality, family, death and the devil, among others.

Sketch This!, L.A. Connection's new comedy show, will premiere May 19 at the company's Sherman Oaks location. The show will offer seven musical segments, three movie-dubbing clips and 26 scripted sketches dealing with a variety of topics: romance, magic, TV, virtual reality, family, death and the devil, among others.

The cast includes Lewis Adams, Joel Bryant, Amy Claire, Dominic Daniels, Nicole Dunn, Alaine Kashian, Josh Minnick, Steve Prince, Hal Rudnick, Justin Smith and Dan Weisman. Many of these performers also helped write the material, with the aid of other members of the LAC family.

Sketch This! is directed and produced by Kent Skov, artistic director of the company. The choreographer is Thomas Vanucci.

Sketch This! runs one hour. Members of the audience are invites to stay as guests for the 9 PM performance of LAC's Spike, an improv show featuring many of the company's veteran all-stars.
