Classic Arts News La Scala Dancer Roberto Bolle to Appear at Olympics Roberto Bolle, a star dancer at Milan's La Scala, will be featured in the opening ceremony for the Winter Olympics in Turin next month, Reuters reports.
Bolle told the news agency that he would appear with a chorus of 100 dancers in a dance created by Italian choreographer Enzo Cosimi. The dancers will wear costumes by Daniela Dal Cin.

Bolle joined La Scala's ballet company in 1994, immediately after graduating from the company's school. He has appeared with the National Ballet of Canada, English National Ballet, and Royal Ballet, among other groups.
