FT's production of Tennessee Williams' The Night of the Iguana, originally set to begin previews in mid-October, has been repositioned as the opening presentation of the 2001 season in January.

Directed by Edwin Gerard Hamamdjian, Beast on the Moon is set in 1920's Milwaukee and centers on the struggles of a young Armenian immigrant and his mail-order bride who are the sole survivors of their families from the Turkish genocide of the Armenians.

The play opened Aug. 25 and received widespread critical praise.
