LOS ANGELES -- It's a Pretty Good Life, a new play by Kathleen Cramer, with music by J. Raoul Brody and O-Lan Jones, will run through Dec. 20 at Theatre Theater. The play "takes place in the land between Beckett and Dickens where three wise babes search for a musical and find 'Screamin' Stephen J. Hawkings and a miracle," said a company spokesperson.
Overtone Industries in association with Theater Theatre are the producers. Jones, Andres Stein and Susan Marie Brecht head the cast, along with Mark Fite, Jim Turner and John Nesci. Dancers Carlos Jones and Betsy Burke are also featured. The director is Leon Martell.
The Overtones Industries production, which opened Dec. 4, plays at 6425 Hollywood Blvd. Tickets are $15; for information call (213) 833-3372.
