News   Little Dog Laughed Opens at the Intiman Aug. 20 The Intiman Theatre production of Douglas Carter Beane's biting comedy The Little Dog Laughed officially opens in Seattle Aug. 20.

Under the direction of Fracaswell Hyman, Little Dog began performances Aug. 15 and continues through Sept. 13. The Tony-nominated comedy tells the tale of a New York callboy, a closeted Hollywood actor and his relentless agent who will stop at nothing to provide a Hollywood ending for their predicament.

Neal Bledsoe stars as movie star Mitchell with Quinlan Corbett as his callboy Alex, Megan Hill as Alex's girlfriend Ellen and Christa Scott-Reed as Mitchell's scene-stealing agent, Diane.

The Intiman creative team includes scenic designer Matthew Smucker, costume designer Elizabeth Hope Clancy, lighting designer Greg Sullivan and sound designer Joseph Swartz.
