Alan Souza directs the musical, which is based on the Civil War-era novel by Louisa May Alcott. The production will open March 14 and run through April 19 at the Northport, Long Island, venue. Inhabiting the work are Sara Sheperd (Jo March), Gary Lindemann (Professor Bhaer), Kally Duling (Amy March), Kim Carson (Meg March), Amber Ward (Beth March), Anne Tolpegin (Marmee March), John Little (Mr. Laurence), Artie Sievers (Laurie Laurence), Barbara Tirrell (Aunt March) and Josh Adam Davis (John Brooke).
Little Women features a book by Allan Knee ("Finding Neverland"), music by Jason Howland and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein.
Karl Christian choreographs the production with musical direction by Donny Jones. Designing the production are Paul Weimer (scenic design), Patricia E. Doherty (costume design), Martin E. Vreeland (lighting design) and Katherine Miller (sound design).
