Tony and Olivier Award winner Patti LuPone, most recently on the New York stage in the acclaimed City Center Encores! production of Gypsy, will perform at the second annual H.E.L.P fundraiser to benefit the Gross Family Foundation.

The Oct. 2 benefit will be held in Manhattan at Cipriani 42nd Street. Fran Drescher — of "The Nanny" fame — will host the evening, which will also feature performers from the Big Apple Circus.

The fundraiser will begin at 6:30 PM with cocktails, followed by dinner and entertainment at 7:30 PM.

The Gross Family Foundation, in association with Condé Nast Media Group, is hosting the evening, which will honor two organizations that benefit children: The New York Foundling and Project Reach Youth. The Gross Family Foundation brings H.E.L.P (Health. Education. Love. Progress) to children's lives.

Tickets, priced $1,000 (individual seat), $2,500 (VIP seat), $10,000 (gold tables) and $25,000 (platinum tables), are available by calling (212) 286-4843.
