"We believe this program will help cultivate a love of opera in young adults' lives, at a price they can afford," said general director William Mason. "We hope that the students who come to Lyric performances through the NExT program will eventually 'graduate' to single-ticket purchases and subscriptions when they've completed their studies."
Tickets are currently available through the program for the February 9 performance of the company's new production of Rigoletto with Carlos êlvarez and Dina Kuznetsova, and the February 7, 10, and 13 performances of its Der Rosenkavalier with Susan Graham.
