CHICAGO -- Marc Robin, one of this city's most respected theatre artists, has been named artistic director of Drury Lane Theatre Evergreen Park, an Equity theater on Chicago's South Side. Robin has staged much-praised productions for Marriott's Lincolnshire Theatre, Drury Lane Oakbrook Terrace and the late Candelight Dinner Playhouse, as well as such regional venues as Phoenix Theatre, Bucks County Playhouse and Eastlight Theatre. Robin has also received 13 Joseph Jefferson Award nominations (Chicago's version of the Tony) -- eight for choreography and five for direction.
